I hope I'm not late for this one. 
's current them of TMNT plus Mutagen. You could have over mutated a Turtle, but I thought Casey Jones needed to go the Super Shredder route. Had so much fun drawing this one it's ridiculous.
Papermate Flair and bootleg Sharpie permanent marker over 2B mechanical pencil on sketch paper.
