My half of an art trade with :iconscruffyscribbler:. He wanted Mikey from the new TMNT (I think, it might have just been Mikey in general) and here he is. I'm screwing around a bit seeing how I've never really used Photoshop in the last decade. I know nothing of what's going on here. I really don't. I gotta learn. Experiment. Learn to fucking color. I forgot how I used to color. I really did.

I need a knew tablet. The nub on my pen is all but flat. It's really bad right now, and I can't get really thin lines with pressure alone like I was years ago. Granted, I've had the tablet for 6 years, so it's not unexpected. But I need one now, and that's upsetting. I went a while not using it thinking it was broke (it was the program, rather). I don't really want to replace it.

20 minutes each. Photoshop CS2 & Wacom Graphire 4 tablet..

love the "jitter" effect for his skin. nice combination of "old school" and "new school" looking tmnt too. still working on yours... or rather, i did for two days and now havent touched it in about that long.

I got lucky with a brush that came with photoshop. Had the needed texture I wanted. Thanks for thinking of this one, it was fun. Now chop chop, let's work.
