Drawn, or rather, painted for

's weekly Original Alien challenge. This is an underwater dwelling beast that has a jelly like skin, tentacles, and a taste for passing by hovercrafts.

I had a lot of fun with this. I've also come to notice, when I work with the program Artrage, a lot of my pieces have a child like quality for them. And honestly, I like that look about them. Makes me want to work on a kid's book, were I not a crap writer.

45 minutes or so. Wacom Graphire 4 tablet and Artrage 2.5.

This is great - classic bug eyed monster. Have you read some kids books..a lot of them are very simply written.

Working in an elementary school, I read them all the time. But writing is a weakness of mine.
